Eight months in, StoredTech grew EBITDA and customer satisfaction at the same time

A mature, fast-growing MSP wanted to lead its clients into the AI era, and keep the business it spent years building. The early results are the kind of step-change that traditional private-equity ownership rarely delivers.

The StoredTech team

The challenge

StoredTech had built a thriving managed-services business with a deep, experienced team. The instinctive next move for a business at that stage is to sell to private equity, a path David Andrade knew well, having run a PE-backed MSP before. He also knew its limits: cost-cutting, brand erosion, and pressure toward a three-year exit rarely leave a business better than they found it.

He wanted the opposite, a partner who would help StoredTech grow, lead its clients into the AI era, and keep the team and brand he’d spent years building.

“I've been on the private-equity side before. Growing EBITDA and customer satisfaction together, this fast, is something that path never gave me.”

The partnership

Titan partnered with StoredTech rather than absorbing it. The team, the brand and the client relationships stayed exactly where they were, and Titan brought the AI capability and embedded engineers to put it to work inside StoredTech’s existing operation.

Within weeks, AI was quietly doing real work across service delivery: handling routine load so technicians could focus on the work that grows accounts, and giving clients faster, clearer service than before. No disruption, no rebrand, just a noticeably better-run business.

The results

Eight months in, StoredTech grew EBITDA and customer satisfaction at the same time, margin and service quality moving in the same direction, on the same team. That combination is the part that stands out: under traditional private-equity ownership, EBITDA growth usually comes at the expense of service and people, not alongside them.

It’s the second chapter David Andrade was looking for, a more valuable, faster-growing business that still belongs to the team that built it. And it’s only the beginning of the journey.
